Hello Bloggers ... Tim has put out a challenge to "create your own layered creation using the tattered floral die". Sounds like fun, right? Right! Here's my project .....
I cut petals from burlap, toule, and canvas - coloured them with distress ink and used the reinker bottles to shape the flowers.
The petals, assembled with a metal bead for a flower centre, now adorn my flip flops.
Hope you're working on a "springy" project.

I really like what you have happening so far! I would love to see some images of your carvings and such on here along with the link to more, so then I am not going to other sites. Other than that, it looks great! I'm looking forward to seeing what else you put on here!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you enjoyed your first visit. There are images of my bark carvings accessed from the tab "bark carvings". The page contains a link to a gallery where you can view the individual pieces. As I complete more projects they will be posted directly onto the applicable page (art journal, card, etc..)
