Tim Holtz' 12 Tags of 2013

Well Tim has outdone himself.  This month's tag features his new metallic distress paint.  So many beautiful patina items; and the dragonfly, stamped first direct on the tag, then again on clear plastic - cut out and attached. Lovely.

Okay, what metal trinkets do I have in my stash?  I was inspired to use metallic acrylic paint to achieve the patina on the metal buckle, chipboard letter, and the black and gold steer.  The stained crinkly ribbon was a must - and the blue rick-rack and feather coordinated perfectly.  This was a fun project to get the creative juices flowing.
